e-Transfer

Transfer via attached e-mail document to: sales@cgshirts.com Try not to attach files over 2-3mg. If you have large files to transfer, please contact us for the ftp address and instructions. If you can't use ftp, try stuffing or zipping your files, sometimes this also keeps pesky e-mail protocols from trying to make your hard work completely unrecognizable.

There are two ways to send files to the ftp site, one is to use FETCH, the other is to use Netscape.

The FETCH address is:

host: ftp.batnet.com
user id: century
password: (you'll have to contact us)
directory: http/
OK - now select remote from your menu items and place your file - be sure to transfer in RAW DATA.

When you are done, close the connection.

The Netscape address is:

ftp://century@ftp.batnet.com//wombats/century/ftp/

A dialogue box will pop up and ask you for the password, so you will need to get that from us before you start.

Next, go to File in the Menu bar and pull down "Upload File" and that's it. *This method only works with some versions of Netscape, like Netscape 4.7. Otherwise you will need an
FTP program.

What's FETCH?

FETCH is a great program for placing files directly onto our ISP's system without the interference of e-mail. If you don't have it, and you would like to get this useful program, try going to www.versiontracker.com. If you can't figure out their site, just write to them directly on their mail to form, they usually get back to you in less than 24 hours. Versiontracker is also a great way to get a whole host of nifty items for you Mac. Have fun!
