Embroidery turnaround is generally 2-3 weeks. The embroidery season is usually between August and December - this is the time when the most orders are placed for the year, so it's best to plan ahead and allow time for shipping and any production delays due to high demand, that way your project will be completed in time for your event.

Prices are determined by stitches - which is how big, and how intricate, or how much image needs to be stitched. A big blocky logo of 3.5" may be 8000 stitches while a thinner logo of 3.5" could be only 3000 stitches. The best way to have this determined is to fax or e-mail your logo to us for an estimate. Colors only matter when they get to be over six - which is the capacity of most embroidery machines.

An Illustrator.eps or a Freehand.eps is the best start for your embroidery job. It keeps the digitizing time down and assures better accuracy in a good clean logo. Remember that there will always be that setup for any first time job, but for the look embroidery can give to a finished piece - it's worth it!
