How to order

First get a quote for the garments and printing / embroidery you want. This can be done either through our Request a Quote email quoting or by calling us directly using our toll free number 1-800-748-7447. The information we will need is described below.

• Type of garment (t-shirt, polo, sweatshirt, jacket, etc..
  
• Quantity / Quanities
  
• Location(s) of print / embroidery: (Front, Front left chest, Back, Right Sleeve, etc.,)
  
• Number of colors in the printed design(s) or we will need the logo or stitch count for the embroidery.
  
• You should receive a reference number with your quote. Please keep it, because it will help us process your order later and avoid confusion.

When you are ready to place your order, be sure to let us know the following:

• Your shipping address, phone number, fax number, or email.
  
• We will need 50% deposit on the total dollare amount of the order. The balance will be due when the order is complete. We take the following: Visa, Mastercard, and Check.
  
• Please give your credit card number only by phone.
  
• A Customer Service Representative will help you through the ordering process and art approval process.

Whether ordering by phone or email, you will be sent a work order to confirm your order via fax. We ask that you look over the work order carefully to make sure everything is correct, then sign it and fax it back.

Your order will be done in approximately 7-10 days fromt time of final art approval.

Some things you should know:

Shipping charges will be determined when the order is complete and charged to the customer invoice.

Reorders withing 15 business days of original order will receive the original per piece price with an addional $20.00 per screen (per color) setup charge. This applies only to reorders less than the original quantity. The $20.00 per screen covers the time involved in pulling the screen, setting it back on the press, taping off, registering, applying the ink, and the test print.

Rush charges will apply to quick turnaround orders as follows:

5 days = 20% of invoice amount.
4 days = 30% of invoice amount
3 days = 40% of invoice amount
2 days = 50% of invoice amount
1 day = 100% of invoice amount * or more depending on the work schedule.
